Great service, mediocre product.

The tie bar itself seems sturdily made and its finish is satisfactory. It comes in a little cloth bag, which has the logo TRENDHiM on it. I ordered one of these and it was delivered right on schedule. However, the product had little dents on it, which could not be removed with a microfiber cloth. Nothing too noticeable, but still. TRENDHiM did send a replacement immediately upon being informed, free of charge, but even the second item had the same issue!
